To establish real credibility and prove value, you need to measure whether or not participants actually applied what they learned once they are back on the job (Level 3 evaluation). Unfortunately, measuring on-the-job behavior change is not something many WLP professionals have much experience with nor do very well.
In this session, you will examine four overall guidelines for conducting Level 3 evaluations, analyze the common mistakes made by many WLP professionals when creating Level 3 participant surveys, and learn 11 tips for overcoming these mistakes.
About the Presenter
Ken Phillips delivers all workshops in his signature style: professional, engaging, and approachable. Ken is founder and CEO of Phillips Associates, a consulting company with expertise in measurement and evaluation of learning, performance management, and sales performance. He has more than 25 years experience designing learning instruments and assessments and has authored more than a dozen published learning instruments. He regularly speaks to ASTD groups and university classes. For the past four years, he has spoken at the ASTD International Conference on topics related to measurement and evaluation of learning.
