Now, they can access on-demand, easily sorted, timely and relevant training content that can be experienced is as little as 5 minutes.

Michele Steinpreis joined Northwestern Mutual in 2003 and is currently an Instructional Technology Consultant within the  Field Growth and Development Department. Her current projects focus on leading the strategy for E3, a multi-media peer-to-peer training portal, as well as research and implementation of new learning technologies.

Michele has over 16 years of experience working in the learning industry, including 12 years designing and developing standard and mobile e-learning courses. 

Michele is the 2015 President and the 2014 Vice President on the Administrative Management Association (AMA) Board of Directors at Northwestern Mutual. She is also an active member of the E-Learning Guild, SEWI-ATD, Milwaukee Education and Training Organization (METRO), Masie Consortium, International Association of Web Masters and Designers, and HTML Writers Guild.

She earned a BS in Interactive Media from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
