Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 10/4/2011 will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be granted after 10/4/2011. All refund requests must be received in writing and sent to Bonnie Kuchinski, SEWI-ASTD Customer Care CustomerCare@sewi-astd.org.
