As we look toward the upcoming chapter year, we’re excited to open the door for members to become more involved in shaping the future of SEWI-ATD. Serving in a volunteer leadership role is an incredibly rewarding way to expand your network, build skills, and make a meaningful impact on our professional community.

We currently have open roles, and we especially want to spotlight two key leadership opportunities:

Vice President of Sponsorship

The VP of Sponsorship plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and growth of our chapter. In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners
• Identify new sponsorship opportunities aligned with chapter goals
• Collaborate with the board to support events and initiatives
• Help ensure we can continue to offer high-quality programming to our members

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic thinking, and connecting organizations with meaningful professional development opportunities.

President-Elect

The President-Elect role is a unique leadership opportunity that allows you to prepare for future chapter presidency while actively contributing to current initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with the current President and Board of Directors
• Gain insight into chapter operations and strategic planning
• Support key initiatives and help guide chapter direction
• Transition into the President role in the following term

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about SEWI-ATD, energized by leadership, and eager to help shape the future of our chapter. This may also be an ideal role if you are seeking to build skills for the next role in your career.
