Are you a CPLP who needs to recertify your credential?

Come join us for a Webinar on CPLP recertification, designed just for you.

The CPLP® credential is valid for three years. Recertification is earned through professional development and contributing to the talent development field of practice. CPLPs must accumulate 60 CPLP® recertification points within the three year recertification period.

This webinar will provide you with information to help you recertify your CPLP.  Hear from Marilyn Zwissler and Erin Brady, both CPLP Certified practitioners, on the ways to earn and document the 60 points needed.  They will provide information on the following recertification options:

  • Continuing Education
  • Speaking and Instructing
  • On-the-job experience
  • Research and Publishing
  • Leadership and Recognition
  • Professional Membership

Prior to the webinar a confirmation will be sent with the dial in information.

Marilyn Zwissler is the current Southeast Wisconsin ATD Chapter Past President.  She has her Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from Alverno College and is currently a talent development consultant with her own company.  Previously, she was the Learning Management Lead at Rockwell Automation, and implemented the SAP Learning Solutions Management system. She earned her CPLP in 2010 and was recertified in 2013. “The professions in learning and talent development are undergoing a revolution. The only way to stay current is to keep learning yourself. The CPLP provides excellent opportunities to do just that.”

Erin Brady joined U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2004 and later earned her Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Alverno College. She became a Training Manager in 2009 and earned her CPLP in 2011. She finds designing and developing curriculum for employees very rewarding. “There is so much information out there. It’s essential that it is gathered, organized, and transferred to employees in a meaningful way so they can be successful,” says Erin.
