Join Laura Schmidt, Chief Talent Development Office of the Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition as she moderates an interactive conversation with area leaders and coalition members.

About Our Panelists

Sarah Dollhausen-Clark is a Lead Program Manager in the Office of the CIO/Technology Strategy and Transformation at Northwestern Mutual, and is responsible for managing Talent Communities and Nontraditional talent pipeline strategies and partnerships. Her work includes partnering with diverse organizations to build pipelines for tech talent at NM as well as investing in the tech ecosystem for both talent development and ecosystem support/building.

Amanda Saenz, IT Delivery Manager at West Bend Mutual, has been a developer and manager at West Bend Mutual since 2008. Amanda is passionate about creating high performing and self-managed software engineering teams.

Laura Schmidt, Chief Talent Development Officer of the Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition, is responsible for the strategic direction and prioritization of initiatives impacting K-20 education, reskilling and upskilling to support Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition objectives. Her work includes partnering with existing talent development programs to accelerate and build capacity for their efforts and developing new programs that are inclusive of our community.

Cynthia Sternard is the Director of Technology Advancement & Outreach at Associated Bank.  In her current role she partners closely with leadership within IT and cross-functionally across the organization in the development of the strategic vision and collaboration needed to attract, engage and retain a top-tier and highly skilled technology organization. She is also leading the development of the company’s first STEM outreach and engagement program.
